We had OBrien out because our water heater went out. We decided to replace the water heater, furnace and pressure tank for our well system due to them all being extremely old and setup in a manner that made several components inaccessible for service. This required moving a lot of things around and reconfiguring the area to make everything accessible. This involved a few guys and 1.5 days to get accomplished.
