I called them due to toilet flooded issue, they tried to drain the pipe from one toilet and not successful. (initial charge $795 for inspection and weekend service fee)...then, they said have to dig a hole from outside to replace a pipe section that was stuck with tree...$4500 was charged. Then was told, another section of pipe has something stuck when they use machine to view, say will be more expensive..so I told them to stop the work. Called another plumber from San Bernardino. O'Brien Plumbing to the rescue again. My water heater died and they installed a new one the next day. Great service, highly recommend this family run business. This is the second time they responded quickly and efficiently to an emergency plumbing issue.
Old fashion service with a smile, professional and honest with a big dose of integrity. Joe fixed my problem with outside faucet, and garbage disposal. Best part? No charge!! Seriously how often does that happen!! And being a senior on a budget, all I can say is thank you, O'Brien. Integrity. Honest and fair. They were the first service I called when I moved up here. They haven't disappointed.
They were very professional and responded to our inquiry quickly. We had called other plumbers up here in Crestline and they never called us back. Checked to make sure we didn't have any other problems. Happy with the service.
