Took my truck in for regular service (e.g. tire rotation). Received excellent service. Additionally, Brad Bruemmer exceeded my expectations by walking through the service work completed and discussing my future needs (I’m due for tires soon). He answered all my questions. I really appreciate Brad and am so very happy that I purchased my Nissan truck at OBrien Nissan.
Hood release primary latch seized up. Keith stated even though my 22 Kicks is out of factory warranty that he's said a new part was ordered at no cost. AWESOME!! Bruce Klick
I brought in my 2023 Nissan Rogue, which I purchased from O’Brien Nissan, to have the driver’s side seat repaired. The seat stitching was coming undone and the seat didn’t move forward and back smoothly. Keith Lett helped me and he was amazing. He ordered a new seat cover and had the seat retraction issue fixed that day. There was an issue with the seat cover shipped and I had to make another trip back to O’Brien. Friendly courteous service. Our technician, Cody Daesch was great! I had oil change and tire rotation! I was informed and service was done in a decent time!
I called O'Brien Nissan Service and spoke with Brad Bruemmer to request a last minute service for my 2022 Kicks. Brad was very helpful to fit my vehicle in. On day of appointment, I once again spoke with Brad. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and exceeded all of my expectations for the servicing appointment.
