Their service department albeit very friendly takes forever to do anything. A simple oil change which they said should take an hour took almost 2 hours & made me late for work. They then quoted me almost $1100 for front brakes & rotors & a new battery which is highly overpriced.
We have been faithful clients to Nissan for years. The services department has always been helpful but the prices are sometimes just higher than expected.

Took my truck in for regular service (e.g. tire rotation). Received excellent service. Additionally, Brad Bruemmer exceeded my expectations by walking through the service work completed and discussing my future needs (I’m due for tires soon). He answered all my questions. I really appreciate Brad and am so very happy that I purchased my Nissan truck at OBrien Nissan.
Hood release primary latch seized up. Keith stated even though my 22 Kicks is out of factory warranty that he's said a new part was ordered at no cost. AWESOME!! Bruce Klick
