Dr Miechelle O’Brien is phenomenal, well informed and really cares about her patients. The 1-star rating is for the staff So unprofessional, not helpful and rude - I’ve been waiting for a call back for 8 days, I called 4 times already and of course every time I call no one picks up the phone and goes to voicemail. I left 4 messages - didn’t even bother to call me back! Worst nurse ever
Had 2 procedures with Dr. O'Brien. Felt extremely comfortable, well informed and well cared for. She took time to explain procedures and process, and reiterated information at the end. Having Dr. O'Brien do my procedures makes the not so much fun preparation worth it. Her staff was very caring, professional and thorough when I was in the office.
