I met Dr. O' Brien for the first time for my first colonoscopy. She was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. Her office staff was the same. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Brien.
Had 2 procedures with Dr. O'Brien. Felt extremely comfortable, well informed and well cared for. She took time to explain procedures and process, and reiterated information at the end. Having Dr. O'Brien do my procedures makes the not so much fun preparation worth it. Her staff was very caring, professional and thorough when I was in the office. Staff very rude and not helpful...if I was not in pain and was not referred by my primary dr I would not need to come see the Dr asap and you think I'm gonna stay 3 full week in this pain ? Are u serious? I think us as patient need to be taking our medical problems more serious...just because ur not the one in pain does not mean u should ignore the ones that are!
