I must have caught Tony on a bad day. He misunderstood my intentions, lost his temper. If he is a decent fellow, he felt badly afterwards, but didn't have the courage to rectify. Alas.
I leased my car through O'Brien and could not have been happier about the service I received. They listened to what I want it. They did not try to talk me into getting something different. They worked with me on every level, including financial and time constraints. I highly recommend them.
