Overall a pretty bad experience, very poor customer service, the guy was pretty aggressive the whole time. He gave me attitude when he wanted to make the rental drop off “easier for him” when it wasn’t easier for myself. Preaches low cost but had a flat on the highway due to a nail and charged us an additional 150$ for tow and 164$ for the tire on a Toyota Corolla. Just go to enterprise.
We had a bad experience with another dealer in the area that we were dealing with for over 6 months. A friend recommended OBrian. We worked with John. He found my mother the car she was looking for, did all the leg work and she had her car in a week. Great experience, John went above and beyond to help my mother and we greatly appreciate him. I highly recommend OBrian leasing
Always helpful, true to their work, and always find away to help the customer
I must have caught Tony on a bad day. He misunderstood my intentions, lost his temper. If he is a decent fellow, he felt badly afterwards, but didn't have the courage to rectify. Alas.
