Called to set an appt and never received a call back. I think we have normalized ignoring our customers and not returning phone calls. It takes a minute of time to call and state you are not able to take in new clients.
Have used Mike for a commercial building purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He explained the process well and provided great advice throughout our purchase. Since then we have used him for LLC formation. We plan on using Mike for many years! (Thank you!)
