Initially when I called this firm to get advice, I didn’t receive a response that I was looking for. However, the next day I received a call from Grant Boyd who had the humility to take the time and apologize for the miscommunication and spent the next 30 minutes on the phone with me. After my conversation with him, although they don’t have the manpower to represent us currently, I felt comforted, informed and educated by everything Grant had to tell me.
