Pleasant experience!! I bought my car a couple days ago, Nissan Altima with 12k miles on it. So basically new, and I noticed once I was on my way home my new car making an awkward noise. I waited till after the holiday to contact service and when I did, they got me in the next day. They have been very friendly and prompt. Put me in a rental car within a hour to take care of my vehicle right away. Very pleased with the service and sales here. Thank you all
This was my first time at Kia since getting my car out of state and the customer service was great. Service also completed many other inspections while doing my oil change to ensure my car was good. Shoutout to Andrew G for being outstanding at his job and joking around with me. Man deserves a raise.
