After our K4 was totaled in an icy pile-up accident while traveling out-of-state, KIA immediately helped with Roadside Service Towing & shuttling to get to a rental. Upon our return, Sales Rep. Jason Williams & General Manager TJ helped us get into another vehicle right away. Excellent service department. Very informative. A pleasure to do business with. Just might be the best service department I have ever worked with.
Place is very clean, techs seem very knowledgeable. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Offered a free car wash with my service and applied awards points I didn’t even know I had to the expense of the service. Have always had a good experience when I bring my car in.
