After our K4 was totaled in an icy pile-up accident while traveling out-of-state, KIA immediately helped with Roadside Service Towing & shuttling to get to a rental. Upon our return, Sales Rep. Jason Williams & General Manager TJ helped us get into another vehicle right away. Amy greeted me when I arrived for service. She confirmed the work I had requested and informed me of a recall that needed performed. All the work was done in less than an hour and she had it washed for me. Always excellent service with O’Brien Kia!
Today I stopped by Bloomington Kia to ask a question about my driver’s seat in my Kia Sorento. I didn’t have an appointment so I walked into the Service Department and was greeted immediately by Zach who had a charming, outgoing personality and an upbeat energy vibe. He walked outside with me to look at my seat and found the problem. And without an appointment he took my car immediately back to the repair guys and within 15 minutes had an estimate delivered to me while I was enjoying a Starbucks coffee in their waiting area.... read more

After an unexpected delay on Kia’s side they finally got me in yesterday to replace some defective moldings around my windows of my 2023 Kia Telluride and I also had a few other maintenance items taken care of. They were very courteous and kept me informed throughout the process as I waited at the dealership for services to be completed. They apologized twice for the delay in getting the window moldings taken care of and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Overall a great experience!
