The service provided was both fast and dependable. The environment was very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the available amenities, and the staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and friendliness.
I took my Honda Acura to the Bloomington dealership a few days ago to fix a brake pedal issue. After two separate inspections, I was charged $874 to replace parts that did not affect the problem. The payment was made for testing and scanning, as well, so the problem should have been identified and resolved. However, the issue has not been resolved.
