Unfortunately, we were left with a bad feeling. We were passing through and urgently needed help. The steering wheel in our car was vibrating very loudly. The staff assured us that the vibration had been fixed, but it was difficult to get on the highway. Everything repeats itself. We barely made it home. I'm very sorry to write this. But the staff doesn't treat everyone equally.
Felicia was very helpful with my tire purchase. I appreciated all her recommendations and will definitely be back to the O’Brien dealership for more of my service needs because of her!
