This family own/operated business is the absolute BEST! They serviced my old unit and kept it running until we could afford a new one. They installed the new unit perfectly, as I watched David out there with a level getting everything set correctly, I knew I made the right choice. 2 years later, I had a weather related incident that caused my unit to fail.... within 2 hours of calling, Chad, one of the sons, was out here, meters in hand diagnosing, and had our unit running within an hour. My AC unexpectedly started blowing out semi-cool air one day, so my fiance called O’Brien and I’m so glad he did! Someone was at my house within an hour and the problem was fixed in the same amount of time. I had just had surgery and I also have 3 kids/2 dogs, so being without AC isn’t ideal. So thankful we called O’Brien Heating and Air!
Obrien replaced my 30 year old unit after years of maintenance. I'm thoroughly pleased with the new unit they replaced. Great work.
I had some work done on my ac last summer. David went out of his way to help me get through the remainder of summer. It worked. I now need more work done to my ac. So he is my first choice. Very professional.
I cannot say enough about this location! Both Lisa and David were very professional in obtaining information and getting a tech out right away. The Chad and his trainee arived and listening to Chad train, I would trust O'Bien forever. Chad and his assistant were knowledable and shared that knowledge with us going above and beyond! I also use them for my place of business! Great company and great service!
