They informed me as to what they would do and what needs to be done. All work was done outside. Noisy in the beginning, as warned, but all done in 30 min.
Rang the 1800 number at 2.11pm. After a few seconds, was connected to a human. The lady was extremely helpful, friendly and obviously knew her subject very well. At 2.30pm the O'Brien's guy knocked on our front door and at 3.08pm he left after completing the job. The work was done perfectly and all broken glass removed and taken away.
