The tone of this feedback is one of disappointment. Once the installation of my new windscreen was finished the installer brought to my attention that he had scratched the windscreen in 4 places close to the edge. After taking photos I contacted the office and they kindly, without hesitation, booked the car in for another new windscreen.
Pretty badly organised mob. I had to keep calling them to do the job. For some reason there system kept thinking the job was already done. Oh and that call waiting system was horrible. I ended up googling the local store as the no one would answer the centra call centre..I even tested it to see how long the wait would be..I gave up after 50 minutes waiting.
No one attending calls in Fyshwick ACT only these people are busy in the world waste of time
Someone from Sydney took my call and was useless. Didn't understand my simple request seemed like has no understanding of the industry 10min to get a high priced quote. 2mins on phone to another provider and job was sorted and cheaper
