They installed a new garage door today. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. The installers did a great and professional job. The office made it all easy. I highly recommend O'Brien.
Terrible experience today. The guy came was here two minutes. He pushed my garage door open so hard he broke the chain. Now my garage door will not open or close at all. I can’t even put my car in the garage now.
Incredible job! Joey showed up early, diagnosed the problem quickly and assisted me in an educated solution. Because of a faulty circuit board, which was going to cost around $325 to replace, we ended up deciding to replace our 19 year old LiftMaster with a new belt drive LiftMaster which was only $100 more than the new chain drive. And this new system is way way better, with much bigger and brighter lighting, a Wifi camera, phone app to open and close remotely it's much quieter opening and closing.
