Pleasant & efficient office & staff.
From the moment I first sat in the chair in the office I was impressed with the staff professionalism, and the incredible technology. The doctor was brilliant with incredible knowledge and ability to analyze my situation. Although not happy to hear her diagnosis, she is no doubt incredibly accurate and had the ability to convey it to me.
I had my first experience with the clinic today and I loved everything from the front desk to the dentist's approach. I needed a deep cleaning and everything was done thoroughly, respectfully and professionally. I could even have fallen asleep laying there while the procedure was being performed if I didn't have to follow the directions given. I felt zero pain or discomfort. In fact, quite the opposite. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and taken care of. You guys deserve all recognition given.
After many years with Dr. O Brien I was quite anxious about a new dentist. I am in the process of getting two crowns put in plus one last year and numerous cleanings. Excellent team service. Dr. Idrizi is an excellent dentist and very patient. Trish Wallace
