I need to let everyone know how outstanding the service was at O’Briens Collision Center in Sedgewick. I stopped in with every intention of booking my vehicle in for some work. Jack had a look and said he could get me fixed up right away. He made a few calls, found the parts I needed, fixed the problem right away and had me on the road again at a reasonable price! That fast! Thank you Jack and the staff at O‘Brien’s Collision Center!
Brought my vehicle here for body work after a collision and needed only one rear box quarter panel replaced. O'Brien's ended up buying used quarter panels and replaced both. Both ended up rusting within a year of the work being done and four years after are almost rusted through. O'Brien's conveniently can't find the reciepts for the panels they purchased and are saying they only did one side as that's what was required for the repair and won't fix their work. Jack, Marilyn and staff are friendly, professional and get you back on the road fast when you've had the misfortune of dealing with haphazard mall goers and run ins with the occasional Bambi. The best.
