Had a wonderful experience renting from O'brien - my partner and I and our dog lived in the Hayes apartments for nearly three years and loved it. The maintenance crew is amazingly quick at resolving issues and every reported problem is treated as a priority. The neighborhood is friendly and good for walking/running, and the apartments themselves are bright and open. We'll miss this place!
Kurt were very thorough and quick with cleaning my dryer vents. I had many questions due to a previous botched job from another company. They explained every step and made sure I was happy with the results. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I’m glad to know it still exists.
