Had good service from them in the past unfortunately hasn't repeated itself with my last accident. Insurance wouldn't go ahead with repairs and I was given some 5 small parts that were no longer available new to source myself. I got the parts, dropped them off with O'Briens on the 19th March and asked for them to quote me for repairs privately.
