All we are asking is that the car leaves the shop in the same condition that it arrived. Not worse. And certainly not with smashed glass through the vehicle.
Very helpful and professional.
Would not recommend if you take pride in your car. Poor communication, booking moved at last minute, work completed was sub standard, car was damaged in the process of getting the windscreen replaced, shards of glass left throughout the vehicle upon pick up, trim around windscreen was damaged, rubbish left in car. Time to get these things rectified was unacceptable, vehicle had to be taken back multiple times, and taken to other business to repair and the final result was still not up to standard but I have had enough so am ... read more
For a company that’s whole job is glass, we have used this shop for 3 different cars and it took 7 appointments to get 3 windscreens. Apparently they haven’t figured out how to transport glass without breaking it, it’s not like it’s their entire business…no wonder our insurance goes up when they have to increase glass prices to account for pure incompetence.
