Video posted up under kivela_tank300 Just picked my car up from O’Brien Warana and wow… the lack of care is next level. Instead of putting my light bar wiring back where it was, they ran it over the top of the window and slapped it down with masking tape. Seriously. Despite head office / call centre ordering the wrong glass I found O’Briens glass Warana really good. Office staff were very helpful, windscreen replacement went without any problems. 2nd broken windscreen. Had to go back to have it redone, was not happy with the second fitting as the seal was lifted. Was told it would settle. Bulshit. I won’t go back. If you are paying yourself and not through insurance O’Brian’s is twice the price of anywhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from O’Brien. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have my windscreen replaced. Because my car isn’t very common, I even called them last week to double-check that the windscreen was in stock. I was assured everything was in order. Today at 5:00 PM, the evening before my original 9:00 AM appointment, I suddenly receive an email stating that my booking has been moved two weeks later — with no explanation, no phone call, no proactive communication. My windscreen had a large crack in it and replacement was covered by insurance. O’Briens contacted me via txt and I was able to easily setup a date for repairs. Confirmation txts were sent and I arrived with my car. I was met by Charlie, who was an absolute gem. She was so helpful and friendly, showing me the auto windscreen switch and arranging an uber. My windscreen was fixed so quickly and pick up was easy and fast. My new windscreen is perfect. Thank you to the team at O’Briens and especially Charlie. Highly recommend.
