Had my front Screen replaced. The staff at Virginia were very professional and couldn't be more helpful.
They ordered the incorrect windscreen for a booking made a week prior even with all correct vehicle details given. This was all made known to myself after I had dropped the car off and had already left the place. Won't mention the stuff around to get to and from the place.
Josh, the Glazier was a total legend. He called me and told me he'd be here within the hour, and 50 mins later, boom! Got the glass sorted and was cheerful, friendly and professional. Then a young lady Tatum called regarding payment and she's an absolute delight. Fun, funny, fantastic phone manner, and just a great human being. This is the first time I've ever needed O'Brien's help, and while I don't want any more broken glass, they'll be the first I call if something shatters!
