I had a windscreen very poorly replaced at the Brendale location. In order to rectify it, they made me take it to Virginia. After taking three hours for it to be done, it is a mess. Part of the headlining has not been fitted underneath the seal. Rectifying this requires removing the windscreen again. Not only that but they made a big mess of the sealant application and claimed that any less would make it leak. There is no reason the sealant should be outside of the seal. Came in on a Saturday unannounced after a rock hit the windscreen on the freeway. Cassandra and the team were super efficient and attended to our cracked screen promptly. Amazing service!
No good. Poor job. After replacing the wind screen, it leaked from the inside of my car and the both wiper didn’t work. It arranged the warrant. I had to book for 4 times which I used my annual leaves. First visit was the leak test. Second , third were for replacement but the spare parts arrived broken. 4th visit . It said their technician confirmed there is no leaking. So no job done but I used 4 days for this poor job. I got the same service from the Brisbane south. We rented a campervan and we had a little crack on the windscreen. We went to O’Brien to make it done before return the van and they told us the crack has been previously repaired so they just reimbursed the money back and we just told the agency and everything was fine. Service was spectacular, with a waiting room to wait while it’s being done, coffee and biscuits available. If I have anything else in the future I will definitely go with them again!
