I had a booking on 07/10 at 11am. But at 8:41am on the same day, O’Briens called to say the technician wasn’t available. That’s only about 3 hours’ notice. Way too short. This is really disappointing. A proper company should plan better or have backup staff, not cancel on customers at the last minute. Feels like they don’t really care about clients’ time. Wouldn’t recommend.
Greyson at the Tweed Heads branch was great after a recent accident, moving my appointment to an earlier date because I was visiting from interstate and needed to get back home for work. Thanks for your efforts.
