I had my windscreen replaced at O’Brien Tweed Heads through my insurance, and what followed was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Shortly after the replacement, my rear vision mirror fell off. I returned to have it fixed and was given a nonchalant excuse about “bad glue.” Not reassuring, but I trusted it had been properly resolved. Absolutely outstanding service and products over the years I’ve used O’Brien in Tweed. Very fast turnaround, reasonably priced and exceptional service from all staff. Josh whom served me today was respectable and honest about my enquiry and I received my replacement within a very short time period. Definitely my preferred auto glazier.
