I cannot believe how bad the service and all-round experience was at Obrien windscreens No one answers the Phone, no one in the office when you get there, and I had a booking. That was only the beginning, I took my car to replace the front windscreen, and they said it would take 3 hours that in itself is ridicules, after being in the automotive industry for 55 years It should take no more than one hour, the best was yet to come, my car was fitted with a sun visor witch they removed to make their job easier and then they refu... read more

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Behavior at O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine I had an appalling experience at O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine and would not recommend their services to anyone. My ordeal began when I initially booked a windshield replacement service with them, only to later discover they had ordered the wrong glass for my car. On the day of my first appointment, I arrived at their listed opening time of 7:30 AM to drop off my car, but the store wasn’t open.
