1 star – Very poor workmanship and worse customer service O’Brien’s Glass advertise that all work is lifetime guaranteed, but my experience at the Traralgon branch proves otherwise. I had a windscreen fitted and immediately noticed poor workmanship. Glue/primer was left smeared on the bonnet, and the vehicle’s gutter strips were bent, creased, and deformed during the fitting process.
