The receptionist who admitted my car in the morning was fantastic—5 stars for her professionalism and helpfulness. However, the rest of the experience fell completely short. The job, which was supposed to take 3 hours, ended up taking over 5 hours. When I called for an update, my first two calls went unanswered, and when I finally got through, the response was rude and unhelpful. Great service provided on two separate occasions. The gentleman helped out with a broken revision mirror .Extremely helpful and prompt services.Would highly recommend.
There is a week wait to get your windscreen fitted. No chance of getting it sooner. Told them I couldn't drive my car.
