The most horric customer service and repair from the Sumner Park Branch. We have had an ongoing claim since February where the branch were meant to do a glass repair and ended up causing $21,00 worth of damage to the vechile which included rips in the leather and the entire roof lining coming down. We have consistanly been following up the repair with zero response.

I do not normally leave reviews. Aa a matter of fact this would be my 1st review ever. If I could leave 0 that would be gold. Booked and paid for windshield replacement 2 weeks ago. Arrived 10mins earlier as requested. Was in the store. I was like invisible to the person who must've been the branch manager. He went about doing his thing without any acknowledgement. They changed our windscreen then laughed at us when we told them it was leaking afterwards. The claim there was evidence of rust but can’t show us and refused to provide evidence to our insurer. Luckily the other place down the road was much more helpful

I booked a 12:30 appointment at about 12:15 on a Friday. They were printing out the paperwork when I walked through the door at 12:28. The chip repair was done and I was walking back out the door at 1:04. Total time spent there was 36 minutes, they have a lounge with a coffee machine and the world cup was on the tv. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
