Windscreen replacement was neat and tidy and very quick only took one hour, however, surprise that they don't really support their accessories that goes on the windows such as dash cam Linkt tags, according to the service person they will fall off in six months time, well he's wrong, our Link tag fell off on the way home. according to O’Brien's main office, I was advised that all the accessories would be installed correctly onto the screen O’Brien you need to get your act together. This is not good enough.

Did an amazing job on my Audi S3 windscreen. No issues with sensors or leaks and it looks factory done. They even covered an uber both ways for me. Highly recommend 5 stars.

Got the job done, but the experience sucked. I booked my car in at O’Brien Sumner Park for a windscreen replacement and it was just a frustrating experience. When I arrived, the guy doing the inspection started bagging out Mazda (my car had literally just been serviced there that morning), which came across as unprofessional and disingenuous.
