staff were helpful and friendly nothing was a problem
I had a driver's door window replaced at Smeaton Grange branch. The window was replaced very well and quicker than stated, however the door is full of broken glass, I expected that experts in repairing class in doors would have a suitable attachment for a vacuum to clean out this glass, it's not just a little glass, it's lots. I did ring the call centre and I was told they don't clean the glass out of the doors. I was also told I would be contacted about this concern. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Tea, coffee, and water were readily available, the branch was clean. Would totally recommend Narellan O’Brien for all glass repairs/replacements.
