When the technician came to my house, he admitted that he had done something wrong and said he needed to ring his boss for advice. I was told someone would contact me the next day, but nobody did. During the windscreen replacement, they had cut wiring around the windscreen that was connected to multiple things in my car, including the DVD system my autistic son relies on when we travel. Windscreen replaced and dash cam no longer working, did not supply ADAS certificate so who knows if it was even done. Was promised a call back to resolve issues 1 week later still no call. 3 calls into head office and no action either.
