Do not recommend. I would rather have no windscreen than use O’Brien Salisbury ever again. Horrible on the phone, if they ever answer. They don’t call back. When you do get them on the phone they act like it’s a drag you need something repaired. They were oblivious to my repair booking and were so excessively unorganised. Not sure why the insurers would ever choose them.
Came in at opening time due to my window getting smashed, and they sorted me out with a very difficult to source part on the spot. Legendary service!
Amazing service! My windscreen cracked and I got in the next day at 8am. Was told it would be about 3 hours. They have a waiting room with a decent coffee machine and some bikkies. I had to work, so took my laptop. As I was struggling with the milk, one of the guys came to help me, saw my laptop and asked if I wanted a desk upstairs. Surprised, I said yes, and he showed me to a little makeshift business centre of sorts with desks. Just as I went down to make another coffee after 2 hours, Rhys said my car was ready.
