Had my rear window replaced after being shattered got me an appointment straight away (Christmas time ) which was impressive. From talking to the call centre representatives to dropping my car off excellent customer service will deal with O'Brien for all auto glass needs

Was send to them to have windshield replaced under insurance. Later noticed scratches and marks to my paint on the inside edges of the A pillars from the tools they used to remove old windshield. A large amount of adhesive squeeze out on the inside and was clear no effort to remove the A pillar trims on the side was taken, these are 2 screws each side and wouldn't have scratched up the edge near the windshield. New windscreen fitted yesterday. Windscreen is fine. However, NOT happy with the mess left in my vehicle. I’ll be spending my weekend trying to clean filthy finger prints from all over the A-piller and greasy dirt left all over my dash. Not impressed. I dusted the majority of the dirty crumbs off but the photos show the residual.
