Returning customer for yet again more stone repairs. Would be nice if the road works could stop soon.. heh. Good job done as always to stop the chips spreading. Seems recently there is a new guy running the shop in their new location, service and customer care has improved from observations while I was waiting. The new place seemingly has put a spring in their step for the team having more room to work.

Had my front window replaced on my 79 series nothing but the best service now with new management in place and the new workshop amd waiting area is very clean and well presented. Credit to the new management and there team will be recommending these guy's to everyone now

Came in for a chip repair this morning and was greeted by the lovely Trish at reception. She was so friendly, welcoming and approachable, and made the whole experience so easy! The repair itself was incredibly quick, and the service at O’Brien Rutherford was fantastic. The centre is very accommodating, with a coffee machine and comfortable lounge chairs to relax in while you wait. Great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back again!

We have been using OBrien Glass Rutherford for at least 5 years with our business cars. I was shocked to hear the lovely Alex left. She was always ontop of everything, never needed our details- just knew us & got it sorted quickly. Not surprised to hear the manager is no longer with OBrien. The new team seem very nice & a great job was done as usual. 1st time coming to the new workshop- huge compared to old space, very tidy & clean.
