I got my wind screen changed in December 2024, I noticed the trim on the side of the windscreen was starting to come loose in beginning of April. Just took the car back end of April to get it fixed. O'Brien don't was to fix it because its wear and tear!! It's absolutely rubbish. The trim has not been stuck down properly. So much for their life time warranty of their work. It mean noting. Don't use O'Brien, not very professional.
From my initial phone enquiry to replacement of a broken side passenger window in my vehicle, the service was friendly and professional. I waited in the impeccably clean and well supplied customer waiting room while the window was fitted and came out to all the broken glass removed and a spotless new window. Thank you
