There isn't enough nouns to describe the unsatisfactory customer service that I received from this locations manager. Unprofessional, Dismissive, Curt, Abrasive are some of the best to describe the experience. The immense hesitation that I felt leaving my vehicle in their care primarily due to this persons behaviour. It made me feel that my car has been left with MA and PA autoshop not a reputable business.
