The most concerning part was having someone else's toll tag attached to my new windscreen when I went to pick it up. They can't even say where it could have come from. Mine was still sitting on my passenger seat. Was going to go through everything else that occured but just couldn't be bothered. The day was too draindraining. I normally go elsewhere for windscreen in the past, sent here by my insurer. I definitely would not pay for their services.
Apparently, signing the chip repair waiver gives them the right to turn a small chip into this… leading to a full windscreen replacement not covered by insurance. Well, at least they refunded me the $100 deposit, so that’s something.
Speedy repair service! It only took an hour to replace my windscreen.
Brilliant service!
From the call centre to the MEADOWBROOK centre, great customer service, friendly and kind.
