I am really unhappy with their service... I called to enquire and was given a quote and quickly asked to pay a downpayment, which I did. Booking was made. The few days later, got a phone call stating that the price has changed, when I pushed back, I was told that they'll match the original quote, no worries. Got a text message the ff day to say booking will be delayed as parts dellivery is delayed. Genuinely go anywhere else. Wasted HOURS of my time over multiple days to do absolutely nothing. Called another place, they had it done in 30 minutes. Useless

I have had amazingly wonderful experiences with skilled, professional and many experienced obrien technician and warm hearted staff, Nicole. All customers visit this store with their own sad or upset or agitated stories due to their damaged car window glasses.
