GREAT SERVICE.
When I collected my car from O’Brien Glass Lambton after a windscreen replacement, I was shocked at the state it was returned in. The interior was extremely dirty, with debris and mud spread throughout. There were multiple chips and scuff marks around the plastic trim, and a large chunk of black glue protruding from the glass surround. The glue was still wet, smeared onto the plastic, and looked completely unprofessional. Called for quote - was given an outrageous number, which was then revised down twice when I queried it. Unethical at best. Then was told can’t be done for another 8 days. Rang a local company - got the job done for half the price on the same day.
Had a stone chip my windscreen on my ldv ute , sat 19th July. Put a claim into my insurance on line. Sunday 20th july. O'Brien's rang and booked me Monday 21st July. 10.30. And fixed perfectly. That is what I call outstanding service. Thankyou. Darryl.
