I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received for my windscreen replacement. My appointment has now been cancelled three times. On the first two occasions, I was told they couldn’t replace the windscreen because the correct glass had not been ordered. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had already organised a hire car to get home and taken time off work because my vehicle wasn’t safe to drive. Today was even more disappointing. The second place I’ve called today that is closed on a Sunday despite claiming 24 hour service. The operator, Felicia, was also extremely rude and hung up on me.

Drove a long way for an appointment, sent photos etc. Waited a while before I finally got their attention and was served. Lady there said they can try to fix my tiny crack but there's a good chance the whole windshield will break and I should instead pay a couple thousand $ for a new one. The crack is extremely small and another provider has since fixed it, for free with no issues. Place seemed busy and staff looked overstressed so I'm assuming they didn't want to fit me in, despite my prior appointment. Waste of petrol.
