I am sure the guys at Gladstone are great but how in the hell do you contact them???? After going through the 1800 number and then finally getting a person in Sydney who wanted all my details which I wasn't happy to share it took about 15 mins and I still didn't get through. How hard can it be I just want a price on a windscreen. I rang the opposition and had a price in 2 minutes.
Everyone at the Gladstone shop is friendly. Nice little lounge for you to sit and wait. Wasn't waiting as long as they told me which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the great job replacing my front windscreen!
