I came in to have a tiny chip in my windscreen repaired. The team fixed it quickly and didn’t charge me because the damage was so minor. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend O’Brien AutoGlass!
Very good to do business with, staff are helpful and friendly and it appears to have been replaced excellent.
Took my Pajero to them for a replacement screen through my insurance company. The installer absolutely butchered the install. Took it back a week later for them to replace the new seal they wrecked and you wouldn't believe it, they didn't replace the damaged seal. That's what it was booked in for. Now this issue is escalated to a Shannons claim officer to try and rectify. O'Brien's are blaming poor quality seals they get from their suppliers. Rang to get windscreen covered thru insurance. Indian bloke was rude and had no idea to speak. Had to book car elsewhere due to bad service. It's not hard to learn basics of customer service.
