Friendly staff and professional job completed with ease. I was anxious after my previous two experiences elsewhere with windscreen replacement and repair not being the greatest however, this was a positive experience without fault. I would definitely consider using O'Brien Auto Glass Epping again in the future.
Everyone knows O'Brien's but the staff here make a shitty task very easy.
**DO NOT USE** They deleted my partners review.... I had a full windscreen replaced through insurance. First, it was replaced with a non-genuine part which didnt calibrate with all the safety features, then encouraged me to drive home... Only to research what not having these features calibrated could do!! Potentially fatal consequences... Along with also voiding my insurance if I did drive it... I would have had my toddler with me too. My parter had told them it wouldn't work but they said it would be fine. It was NOT FINE.... read more
