Professionals in every sense. Asked if I could go earlier and it was ready in an hour. I wasn't peak day or time, but still it counts as an excellent experience.
Excellent workmanship and customer service provided by the team here at Epping. Exactly in 2 hours car was delivered to me with the windshield replaced. Has a waiting area with some refreshments as well. Overall highly satisfied and recommended 🙌🏻

1st time needing a windscreen replacement. It was a bit of an omen we ended up going to the Epping branch. After Tullamarine cancelled our appointment and couldn't fit us back in a reasonable time slot required.. The receptionist at Epping was pleasant, informative, smiled and lovely to deal with. A rare thing these days! The work carried out was brilliant. Wouldn't of known l just had a new windscreen fitted. The car was spotless.
