Terrible service, avoid them! They replaced my windscreen with the wrong windscreen, so that my head up display was not focused. I had to go back again to have the correct one installed. Anyone I know who's been there has had problems.
I'm absolutely appalled by the service this morning Took my car in for them to turn around and say can't complete the job as a bolt has rounded to get my wipers off I looked at the issue it was full of debris and asked have you cleaned it out yeah we did which was a lie as it was still full of it to then be told they won't take it off now I asked if I get the bolt off can I come and still have it done they declined that I went away and got the bolt off myself which was not rounded it was just the dirt that was around it, it ... read more
Can't fault Cranbourne, except they had my car on a Saturday, and I had no idea whether I would get it back. Originally, I went to O'Brien's Bayswater for a windscreen; they installed a non-generic windscreen, only to find the heads-up display didn't work. They didn't tell me I could get a genuine one. A genuine windscreen was ordered, and Cranbourne installed it and had to repair my car because O'Brien's Bayswater dropped glue down the side of my car. A professional setup. Located in a new industrial estate. The service provided was excellent.
Waited 3 weeks for a windscreen replacement only for it to have scratches on it. Was told the polisher was being repaired, and they would contact me in a week and repair at my home or work. 3 weeks later, I have left multiple voice messages but still haven't heard from them. Also, the waiting room literally smelt like someone had a shit with the door open. Some people really don't care about their workplace, and it shows.
