I was extremly stressed after reading all reviews that my insurance sent me to the Obrien.. How wrong have I been! Super nice lady from the reception taken my car, recorded all scratches before and helped out at the waiting room. They have coffee, cookies, wifi and a heater! Comfy seats made 2 hrs fly like a min Everyone were super nice and very helpful and done job very well. Car feels like new without a scratch on my windscreen Def recommend
Super quick service with a very helpful and careful staff members. A repair for a small chipped windscreen, very simple and well explained with all the scenarios.
I was disappointed with O’Brien Glass. On TV they advertise that they’ll “come out to you,” but when I called, I was told I’d need to wait a week and a half for someone to come out. That’s a big gap between what’s promised and what actually happens. Also, their ads suggest that fixing a chip makes the dint “disappear.” At the workshop, however, I was told a mark would still remain — the repair just stops the crack from spreading further. Prompt, efficient and cheerful service. Only negative comment is that the mobile number given in the confirming text did not work, and sounded like some AI weird message with an American voice. So unable to contact if needed to change the appointment .
