Very Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and Terrible Follow-Up Service I recently had my windscreen replaced by this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. From the moment the job was done, there were multiple issues that should never have been overlooked by professionals. Firstly, the trims around the windscreen were not put back on properly. Terrible service, avoid them! They replaced my windscreen with the wrong windscreen, so that my head up display was not focused. I had to go back again to have the correct one installed. Anyone I know who's been there has had problems.
I'm absolutely appalled by the service this morning Took my car in for them to turn around and say can't complete the job as a bolt has rounded to get my wipers off I looked at the issue it was full of debris and asked have you cleaned it out yeah we did which was a lie as it was still full of it to then be told they won't take it off now I asked if I get the bolt off can I come and still have it done they declined that I went away and got the bolt off myself which was not rounded it was just the dirt that was around it, it ... read more
