I cannot believe how bad the service and all-round experience was at Obrien windscreens No one answers the Phone, no one in the office when you get there, and I had a booking. Terrible Service and Unacceptable Behavior at O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine I had an appalling experience at O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine and would not recommend their services to anyone. My ordeal began when I initially booked a windshield replacement service with them, only to later discover they had ordered the wrong glass for my car. On the day of my first appointment, I arrived at their listed opening time of 7:30 AM to drop off my car, but the store wasn’t open.
