Justin absolutely saved the day for me today! I’d been given the run around all morning by several other businesses, but when I went to O’Briens with my problem, Justin went above and beyond and had it fixed for me in less than 10 minutes. What a rigmarole! You go through a bot for 10mins just to get to an Indian call centre who want to know all your details add you to all their spam lists and still can’t give you a simple price on how much it costs to fix a chip in the windscreen! What a joke!

The good...... Flawless in punctuality. Arrived 20 minutes before the appointed time and was told approximately 2 hours. 2 hours later, job done brilliant service, could not fault 5/5. The bad........ DID NOT replace the drainage tubes (2) to the windscreen scuttle. Travelling south I ran into 3 scattered storms and unbeknown to me the run off from the windscreen into the scuttle valley was pouring straight onto my engine filling the injector valley with water and wetting various wiring.. Just went to see if they could fix my van window. Unfortunately they don’t repair the kind of mechanism my van needs but an employee named Jono went out of his way to explain to me the next steps I need to make to fix it. He was incredibly helpful! If I ever need a new window this is the place I’m coming to. Thanks Jono!
