Cairns - Great service when you got there, but mega frustrating when you had a specific question prior yo taking your car in - spent at least 20 mins ringing 3 separate national 1800 phone numbers, sending emails, to finally be informed by a lovely lady (maybe in Sydney). That ‘NO .. The local branch does not have a telephone contact that everything is handled Nationally, and that she can answer any of my queries, which was not the case, but when I actually went to the local branch I could ask him my question. The booking system is flawed, booking requests online are not followed up. Go elsewhere.
A stone chip grew into a windscreen crack and O'Brien AutoGlass was able to make an appointment for only a few days after the incident. The booking time was convenient and the job was completed on time and looked perfect. They fitted new wiper blades and a cabin air filter. Friendly and professional service as usual. Thankyou.
