Had to get my windscreen replaced due to an unfortunate crack from a stone thrown when driving. The guys are amazing and well timed efficient. The service was warm and welcoming and was recommended by insurance company. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Being from Melbourne I thought I would be placed at the end of the queue for service. However, Neil and his team juggled things and managed to accommodate me the next day. Highly recommend O'Brien AutoGlass at Avoca, Bundaberg. We are on holidays to visit family and needed a rear window of our campervan (barn door) replaced quickly for security purposes for our trip home to Wollongong. O'Brien were great from the start, main office communicating with our Insurance Co to get things going. Then locally the guys surpassed our expectations- and somehow got the glass delivered by Monday (after a Friday assessment) and it was installed Monday lunchtime! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough to help. The work was done in a timely fashion and at a great price. Saved us hundreds of $' on other quotes. Thanks for doing a great job. If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Cheers
