Wow! Customer service is not dead! I arrived in Ayr with a small windscreen issue and chanced going in OBrien Autoglass Ayr to see if i could source some parts to do the repair myself. Ross and his team had the parts, dropped everything and fixed my windscreen on the spot!! This meant that I could continue my trip to Bowen. Thanks Ross! You've restored my faith in workmanship and customer service.
Very disappointing experience. I booked a windscreen replacement 10 days ahead, and the appointment was confirmed. After dropping off my car, I was told there was no stock available. No one contacted me beforehand to let me know, zero communication about the delay or the need to reschedule. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Really poor service and communication.

Called in today with a stone chip and was seen to straight away. Cracks from chip completely gone but unfortunately the actual chip is still very evident. Also said they'd email me a tax invoice but I've not seen one yet.
