I was visiting Flagstaff from out of state and discovered a 10” crack in my windshield on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Amazingly, Patrick picked up the phone. When I asked him if he could epoxy the crack the next morning, he admitted that with a crack that size there was still a 50-50 chance it would spread even if epoxied. He told me it would be a waste of my money since I’d get a new windshield anyway, one I get home. He also left me with the cheerful comment “Don’t worry, it’s not gonna cave in on you!” He was right.
