Travelling from Atherton to Mareeba we were unlucky enough to be hit by a stone from a truck travelling in the other direction. The damage was done, a star shaped crack in the middle of the screen under the rear view mirror. We stopped in at Carglass and Tinting as they are an O'Briens dealer to see if they could book us in for a repair. We were delighted when they were able to fix it on the spot, for a reasonable cost and we continued on our trip with minimal delay. Phoned early today on the way back from the Cape to see if we could get a stone chip in our windscreen repaired. Very obliging and fitted us in today. Great job, done in 20 minutes. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
Broke items on vehicle, wouldn’t warrant work. Boss and bosses wife was very rude and the boss was quite verbally aggressive when we asked politely if they could fix their mess up. Booked a tint strip and they’ve damaged it while fitting it. Do not recommend going to this place if you value your car. Also damaged paint on right hand side when removing seal.
