The scheduling staff is excellent.....the therapists are great. They don't push you past your limit. They work with you to give you the best service.
Scheduling staff are good. As for the therapy, mine had a strong emphasis on "push through the pain," which many weeks left me worse off. Therapists had a variety of techniques and were skilled in soft-tissue manipulation, but could be rigid, arrogant, and dismissive in their assumptions about one's condition. Little progress was made, but a lot of pain was endured.
The staff is wonderful, and scheduling is a breeze!
