I hired OBJ Construction for a renovation work at my house. Window replacement (13 windows), new vinyl plank flooring, bathroom and kitchen remodel. OBJ gave me a quote of $29,043 (contract signed). I gave him $14,000 to start the work. Starting in Feb 2025 he replaced the windows and he started demolishing the bathroom and kitchen. Had a metal roof installed by OBJ Construction as well as siding, deck and interior painting. They are awesome! Affordable, dependable and excellent workmanship! Plan on using this company for future projects. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor for any project.
