Could you give me the phone number of the office that actually answers the doctor's calls? I have been trying to make an appointment for more than 3 months and they tell me that she no longer works at that clinic.
I could not say more amazing things about Dr. Maduakor. I rave about her and the level of care I received during and after child birth. My husband and I moved back to IL to be closer to family and I tell people all the time that the only thing I’ll miss about TX is my doctor, Dr, Maduakor. The thought of having another baby with a different doctor terrifies me because Dr. Maduakor has set the bar extremely high.
She was my OB for first 23 weeks of my pregnancy. I don’t like complaining but I don’t want anyone else to have to go thru this… I am a high risk pregnancy because a couple reasons and I had several emergencies and couldn’t get anyone from her office on the phone. If I needed to ask a simple question to office - I would have to get in the car with boyfriend and ride 30mins there and 30 minutes back- he would have to close his motorcycle shop completely if I had a simple request! DR.Maduakor is the nicest and sweet doctor you would ever meet. She's the best.
If I were just reviewing Dr. Maduakor I’d give her a million stars she is amazing and caring. But because of her staff front desk and especially nurse Anna I HAVE to knock it down to two stars. If you try to call the office you’ll likely never get an answer or a phone call back if you leave a voicemail. I don’t know if they need additional upfront desk service or what but it’s disappointing. Nurse Anna is passive aggressive and rude.
