I had absolutely terrible experience at Obieco. Guy called Hayden didn’t want to serve me and tried his best to make me wait while sending some email or whatever he was doing on his crappy computer. Honestly I don’t know. Maybe because I look Asian. But that was too obvious and not the way to treat customer ignoring me for that long. Just so frustrated about it. I will not be doing business with this guys again. No customer service skills what so ever and Hayden fella need to get retrained how to behave…

I have attempted to get a quote on replacement parts but to date have been ignored on each occasion. I used the contact us on their website twice - 28th October and again on the 7th November. I received the auto reply each time saying we will respond in 1-2 business days. I waited another week then rang them and was told "oh yes the website is glitchy". I was asked to send an email to their accounts address, which I did on the 12th Nov 2024 and again on the 18th but still no response.

I recently had Obeico make up a customised tray for my "keep forever" Lancruiser ute. The attention to detail by Jack and the others on the team is stunning and impossible to fault. The service from Rod as the head of that department was fantastic. It's so hard to find people and businesses these days who do what they say they'll do, but Obeico exceeds expectations!!
