Incompetence at its finest! The doctors are okay but the administrative staff is terrible. Gayle in the Macon office seems to be the biggest offender. Save yourself the headache and find a doctor's office that has an administrative staff that can do their jobs. A few examples: I canceled my appointment in December in advance and was still billed a no show fee ($35 dollars). It took me multiple calls and emails to Gayle to finally stop receiving notices.
