Only giving two stars, and if it weren’t for the in office nutritionist & Janice at the front desk it would be one. She was the only staff member who consistently showed kindness and professionalism. I messaged my provider on MyChart about decreased fetal movement and never received a response. After my baby died, my provider also never reached out to check on me or see if everything was okay. I am currently almost half way through my pregnancy with baby #3 and this is by far the worst unprofessional clinic. The doctors are all residents and have poor knowledge of maternal healthcare. The maternal rates are too high in the US to trust a clinic to deliver a baby with poor staff. Also the regular staff and assistants are very rude and unwelcoming. Always running very very late. Today I called before heading to the appointment to make sure the doctor was running on time and they said she was. Turns out she’s already 30 minutes late and I still have 2 people in front of me. So they also lied. Doctors have been good and have made me feel comfortable during my visits; I just hate that the 95% of the time spent on site is WAITING. Why is my time less valuable than the providers’? Fat one in the front desk in the gyn so rude tells you she will contact the doctor and she never did . Then starts Laughing with her other coworkers worst clinic worst gyn racist !
