I am currently almost half way through my pregnancy with baby #3 and this is by far the worst unprofessional clinic. The doctors are all residents and have poor knowledge of maternal healthcare. The maternal rates are too high in the US to trust a clinic to deliver a baby with poor staff. Also the regular staff and assistants are very rude and unwelcoming. Always running very very late. Today I called before heading to the appointment to make sure the doctor was running on time and they said she was. Turns out she’s already 30 minutes late and I still have 2 people in front of me. So they also lied. Doctors have been good and have made me feel comfortable during my visits; I just hate that the 95% of the time spent on site is WAITING. Why is my time less valuable than the providers’? Fat one in the front desk in the gyn so rude tells you she will contact the doctor and she never did . Then starts Laughing with her other coworkers worst clinic worst gyn racist !
They are overly booked. I suggest if you are pregnant go somewhere else to be seen. Also do not expect to be seen right away when you have an appointment, waiting times are from 30 to 1 hour without anyone explaining anything. avoid If you can.
