I am writing this review to warn others. One of the "Founders" (I think Morgan was on call) did not "find" her way to the hospital (during the night) and there was no doctor from the practice upon arrival or while in labor, which resulted in severe complications. I would steer clear of this practice and regard the positive reviews with skepticism. Several doctors left the practice after her tragic laziness, and unnecessary incompetence. She caused unmitigated heartache.
I have never had a doctor as kind, attentive, and genuinely caring as Dr. Phillips. I didn’t even realize it was possible for a doctor to go so far above and beyond for a patient until I met her. She treated me not just with exceptional medical care, but with compassion and sincerity that truly made a difference. I am deeply grateful for the support and kindness she showed me, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done.
I just called as a new patient to see Dr. Sarah Phillips because she has such excellent reviews. But I was treated so rudely by the receptionist, I'm thinking of canceling the appointment. As a new patient, I asked what the doctor's approach is during exams and the receptionist very flippantly replied "I wouldn't know since I'm not a patient."
