Was recommended by a friend and I was definitely not disappointed. Staff very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. First ever vist was very warm and friendly. Definitely will recommended anyone and everyone to this establishment.
Our experience here was extremely disappointing, especially on a day that was supposed to be filled with excitement. When we arrived, we were told our appointment had been canceled due to insurance, which is understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was the receptionist’s dismissive attitude and complete lack of guidance. She didn’t even mention the option to pay out of pocket. I chose this medical office from zocdoc. I read some reviews that would make some run, however, the good reviews outweighed the bad, so I thought to give it a try. My appointment was at 10am, I was seen ON TIME. The office staff was very pleasant and so was the nurse. Dr. Cantero was personable, polite, gental and informative. I must say that I am truly glad that I came in to visit for myself. I think I have finally found my Gynecologist!
