While I have had several positive experiences with sonographers, I specifically want to recognize Dr. Adanlawo for staying late for my rescheduled 5:00 PM ultrasound appointment today. His professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the time he took to explain my baby’s positioning made me feel very comfortable. This has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. My doctor referred me to this clinic in January for a saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS). What should have been a straightforward scheduling process turned into weeks of chasing the clinic. At one point I had to call every single day for a week just to try to secure an appointment. I was referred to this clinic by my OB as they specialize in OBGYN and we live an hour away. On my last 3 appointments they have called to reschedule multiple times. In February we had drove an hour and received a call 1/2 hour before our appointment it was being moved. Today I received a call less than 24 hours prior to my appointment that it was being moved again.
