*UPDATE- need to remove a star due to bad billing practices. I got my bill 2 days ago for the FIRST TIME and then today a letter saying they were taking me to collections. They only allow you to pay via mail- not online, which also slows the process down so who knows if they will take me to collections before they get my card information by MAIL because they are living in the Stone Age and don’t do online billing or mychart * Just open an online billing portal and get on my chart for everyone’s sanity, including your own! Ginger who is a nurse with Norwich obgyn at 17 case street, she made my experience!! She was so kind and funny and I felt so comfortable. I was super nervous and it ended up being an amazing experience. They gave my toddler a whole tour and stickers and a cookie! Thank you all for a great experience I 10/10 recommend
Very helpful over the phone but... DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE TEMPORARY PROOF OF INSURANCE!!!! People in office were very rude talking to me and my husband like we weren't all there?? I called husky after getting kicked out for ASKING QUESTIONS (about why it was showing my insurance wasn't active) and guess what husky said it is active!!! Totally unprofessional how they handled the situation. First lady we talked to was quite but the second lady was rude, talked to us like we were stupid and then proceeded to raise her voice off ... read more
