The office staff is so hard to work with. I’ve been going here for years (most of the doctors are good) but not worth dealing with the incompetent staff. They don’t answer the phone but when they do, they won’t relay messages to the doctors, they have booked appointments wrong, and it takes weeks to get in touch with a doctor. Wouldn’t recommend

Dr Broad is a wonderful lady with a pleasant bedside manor. Her front desk staff is difficult to deal with tho & its hard to get an appointment , with long hold times . I waited 3+ months( after an ER emergency), to get my 1st appointment. I needed a 2nd opinion & happy DR. Broad listened to my diagnoses, of a rare condition I have. As a future doctor, ( PhD), I can always tell when I get a good doctor, right away.

I am very disappointed. I was prescribed the Estradiol patch at this doctor’s office because I had a hysterectomy due to endometriosis and have been on it for a while. Now they are refusing to renew my prescription unless I pay $500 to have a hormone consultation, and are just cutting me off. I feel emotional already.

I highly recommend Dr. Broad. She truly listens to my concerns, provides excellent care and always makes me feel comfortable. Her team is also very respectful and helpful. She delivered my daughter four years ago and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you, Dr. Broad.
