Wonderful experience with Dr. Broad, and her entire team from front desk, staff, PA, ultrasound techs etc. Everyone was super helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Broad did my emergency c section at Hoag, and checked in on me constantly at the hospital. She and the entire staff take extra care to support the mother mentally and physically through initial postpartum which was super appreciated. Highly recommend Broad Medical Group for expecting parents

I was under Dr. Broad's practice for a few years and had consistently positive experiences with NP Donna, who was thorough, caring, and attentive. This review reflects my experience with Dr. Broad herself. During a routine ultrasound, NP Donna identified a small fibroid and reassured me it was not an issue. Eight months later, I went to the ER with severe pelvic pain. Imaging showed that fibroid had grown to the size of an orange. There is very limited parking so allow extra time for that. Previous appointments were good, just routine. However, my appointment has recently been canceled 2 business days before scheduled date and time and moved to the next day with a different provider. I think if you have a job, take a day off and need to schedule an appointment on a week day it’s best to go with another provider that would give you and your time more consideration. I guess it’s a mixed experience.
