I truly can't express how grateful I am for Dr. Broad. Having a baby is such a vulnerable experience, but she and her entire team made me feel completely at ease. Even with my baby weighing nearly 10 lbs, Dr. Broad guided us through a safe and smooth vaginal delivery.

I’ve been a patient here for years, and unfortunately this has been a recurring pattern, not a one-time incident. Most of the doctors are good, but the office staff has consistently been difficult to work with. Calls often go unanswered, messages are not reliably relayed to the doctors, appointments have been scheduled incorrectly, and it can take weeks to get in touch with a physician. The office staff is so hard to work with. I’ve been going here for years (most of the doctors are good) but not worth dealing with the incompetent staff. They don’t answer the phone but when they do, they won’t relay messages to the doctors, they have booked appointments wrong, and it takes weeks to get in touch with a doctor. Wouldn’t recommend

Dr Broad is a wonderful lady with a pleasant bedside manor. Her front desk staff is difficult to deal with tho & its hard to get an appointment , with long hold times . I waited 3+ months( after an ER emergency), to get my 1st appointment. I needed a 2nd opinion & happy DR. Broad listened to my diagnoses, of a rare condition I have. As a future doctor, ( PhD), I can always tell when I get a good doctor, right away.
